Hello, my name is Jacinda Andrews, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Ph.D.-C in Marriage and Family Therapy and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am based in Texas, and I cater to individuals, couples, and families with a focus on anxiety, codependency, depression, and trauma. My motivation and passion for helping others stems from my own personal recovery from life’s challenges. I found relief, meaning and value in my life again, and so can you!

My holistic approach, keen listening skills and being fully present with each client allows me to create a safe, relaxed and supportive space that encourages transformation and change. This is when connections can be made or improved upon. In designing your personalized plan of action, I consider all contributing factors, including religion, culture, background, values and beliefs. I deliver the help that you need with dignity, respect and a dash of humor here and there because it is okay to laugh at ourselves sometimes, especially when we are learning, growing and healing.

Jessica Favata
Hello, my name is Jessica Favata, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). In addition to my clinical work, I also serve as a professional school counselor, where I support students through academic, social, and emotional challenges. With over two decades of experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings, I have developed a deep understanding of the pressures many teens and young adults face today. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, grief and loss, stress, life transitions, or challenges related to self-confidence and emotional regulation.

My passion for counseling comes from a genuine desire to help people feel understood and supported as they navigate difficult moments in life. Through my work with students, I have developed a strong understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures many teens and young adults face today. I believe that each person has strengths within them and the ability to grow and move through challenges with the right guidance and encouragement.
My approach to counseling is strengths-based and collaborative. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused strategies, I help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors while developing practical coping skills for managing stress and navigating life’s challenges.
